Job summary

Xaxis Solutions in Iselin, NJ invites an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dedicated client team on a hybrid arrangement. The role requires 15+ years IT experience and 7–8+ years hands-on PM leadership, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Candidates must be local to NJ/NYC/Stamford CT and be available for in-person interviews; 2–3 days on site per week are expected, with offices in Iselin, NYC, or Stamford.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7–8+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience working with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance clients.
• Good understanding of the Insurance domain, preferably with hands-on experience in P&C.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, timelines, risks, and deliverables in an enterprise environment.
• Must be willing to work 2–3 days per week onsite as part of a dedicated client team.
• Candidates must be local to NJ, NYC, or Stamford, CT and available for an in-person client interview.
