Job summary

Acunor is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead critical technology projects in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of IT project management experience, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite in Summit, NJ.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Property & Casualty Insurance domain expertise to lead business-critical technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder management
• Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, product teams, and technical teams
• Drive Agile delivery, SDLC best practices, and project governance
• Gather requirements and document user stories, use cases, and business requirements
• Manage project plans, RACI matrices, status reporting, and executive communications

Must Have Skills

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong P&C Insurance industry experience
• Experience managing technology projects across business and IT teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and use cases
