We are seeking a motivated and organized Construction an entry level Project Manager to join our team. This role is an entry level position and involves a variety of responsibilities including managing projects from the initial bid stage through to final billing and closeout. Key tasks include preparing bids, conducting site evaluations occasionally, and providing accurate quotes for a range of projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication with customers and subcontractors to manage project schedules and address any change orders. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Prior experience in road construction, paving, or concrete is preferred, but not required.
  • Travel to Job Sites and working directly with Contractor
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Must be able to work within multiple computer systems
  • An associate degree is a plus.
