Job summary

BL Harbert International LLC - Beirut seeks a Senior Project Manager with strong scheduling and cost control expertise to lead complex construction projects. The role directs an Assistant Project Manager and coordinates submittals, RFIs, and material deliveries while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• OSHA 10 Hour certification.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel; Primavera P6, Timberline PJ, Viewpoint; Navisworks, Revit, SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Assistant Project Manager and at times direct responsibilities in absence of APM.
• Oversee submittal and RFI processes and coordinate material deliveries.
• Document job photos and progress; manage close-out requirements.
• Support jobsite safety enforcement; develop and manage schedules and costs.
• Enforce risk management parameters and lead change management and dispute resolution.

Educational Requirements Of Position

• Degree/Experience
  • 4 year degree in a relevant curriculum from an accredited college or university + minimum of 3 years of relevent experience
  • or 4 year degree in a non-relevant curriculum from an accredited college or university + minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Trade Certification/Accreditation
  • OSHA 10 Hour

Technical Requirements Of Positon

• Software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (or similar scheduling software/application)
  • Proficiency in Timberline PJ (or similar project management software/application)
  • Proficiency in Viewpoint (or similar AP software/application)

  • Mastery of Quantity Take-off & Subcontractor Solicitation to support estimating

Essential Function Of The Position

• Supervising all direct responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager. In the absence of an APM, these responsibilities shall be handled directly.
