Job summary

Centurion Selection in Washington, DC is assisting a national Top 10 ranked integrated Owner Builder as they assemble their initial construction team in a brand new regional expansion, seeking a Project Manager.

This role suits a senior level Assistant Project Manager ready to step up, or a PM with a couple of years of experience taking on more responsibility on a $100 million project with a seasoned senior PM and experienced field team.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years total experience in the construction industry.
• Experience using Procore is essential.
• Experience leading multi-family projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through pre-construction, procurement, construction and completion.
• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead regular project progress meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project timeline
• Ensure projects are completed within the required project timeline and budget

We are supporting a national Top 10 ranked, integrated Owner Builder, as they put together their initial construction team in a brand new regional expansion in their search for a new Project Manager. This is part of a targeted region of growth, identified as a source of continued development for the organisation to further cement itself as one of the USA's premier constructors. This role is ideal for senior level Assistant Project Manager who is now ready to make the step up to Project Manager role, or someone already at the PM level for a couple of year but ready to take on increased responsibility.
