GPAC is pursuing a Project Manager for commercial construction work in the Pittsburgh area. This role focuses on running meaningful projects, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and delivering on schedule, budget, and safety targets.

The ideal candidate has PM experience on commercial construction, strong organization and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, with desire for long-term stability and growth within a respected local builder.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects.

• Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities.
• Familiarity with modern construction software (Procore or similar preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, owners, architects, and internal teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Ensure jobsite safety and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
