We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale or complex projects across cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional who can plan, organize, and execute enterprise-level initiatives from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and executive-level communication skills, while operating in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and initiate project resources, develop budgets, monitor progress, track schedules, and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Project Support & Reporting:
  • Provide comprehensive project support including deliverable tracking, documentation, and progress reporting across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, foster a collaborative culture, and manage stakeholder relationships including vendors and senior leadership.
  • Strategic Evaluation:
  • Assess current or proposed initiatives, recommend improvements using analytical and strategic thinking, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Offer mid-level advisory support and provide input on strategic direction, ensuring projects support corporate objectives.
  • Executive Communication:
  • Translate complex data into concise executive-level presentations. Act as a liaison with IT and ensure business needs are reflected in technical action plans.
  • Expert in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and lifecycle management
  • Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics into actionable, executive-level presentations
  • Skilled in influencing and communicating with all levels of leadership, including C-suite
  • Familiarity with healthcare or federal program compliance (a plus)

Additional Requirements

  • Must not be excluded from participation in federal healthcare programs and must disclose any such status immediately
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple high-priority demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including handling difficult conversations
