We're looking for a Practice Manager to join our growing team and help ensure our medical practice runs smoothly every day. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations supporting our staff, improving patient experience, and making a real impact on the way we deliver care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Make sure the clinic runs efficiently and follows all policies and procedures.
  2. Keep everything organized so that doctors, nurses, and staff can focus on patient care.
  3. Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure schedules are well-balanced.
  4. Motivate and support the team to work together effectively.
  5. Help with hiring, training, and developing staff to improve their skills.
  6. Make sure patient appointments are scheduled properly to reduce wait times.
  7. Address patient concerns and improve how they experience care at the clinic.
  8. Oversee billing, collections, and other financial tasks to keep the clinic financially healthy.
  9. Work with the billing team to ensure payments are collected properly.
  10. Partner with doctors and the operations team to improve the clinic's services and workflow.
  11. Identify ways to make processes better and solve problems quickly.
  12. Make sure the clinic follows healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
  13. Stay updated on any changes that affect clinic operations.
Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience managing a medical office or similar setting.
  3. Super organized and a problem-solver able to keep things running smoothly even when things get hectic.
  4. A natural leader who knows how to motivate, guide, and support a team.
  5. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Tech-savvy and familiar with the latest systems and tools, such as ChatGPT and other AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and workflow.
  7. At least 1 year of experience leading a remote team (Team Leaders and Supervisors are welcome to apply!).
  8. Knowledge of healthcare billing and scheduling systems is a plus.
Package Offer:
  1. Full time / 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week.
  2. Time zone: US - Eastern Standard Time.
  3. Rate: $6 per hour after training.
  4. Rate increase after 6 months.
  5. Weekends Off.
  6. Weekly payout.
  7. HMO after 6 months.
  8. Permanent work from home.
