Looking for Project Manager / Director of Operations / Supervisor / Laborer.

Pay based on ability and experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Framing
2. Drywall
3. Roofing
4. Light plumbing and electrical
5. Masonry (brick, block, stucco)
6. Must be able to read measuring tape
7. Knowledge of mixing grout, stucco, and mortar is a huge plus
8. Deck erection and repair
9. Remodeling and renovation experience will get you paid more once you can show you have the skills

If you claim to have experience and I start you at $30 an hour, and you make a bunch of mistakes, you will be fired without pay. Zero tolerance for lying, stealing, arguing, and cutting corners. If you want to be paid as a professional, you must act accordingly.

License is not needed.
