Project Manager – Water & Wastewater

Lincoln & Creed is Recruiting on Behalf of Our Client

Locations: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 annually (based on experience & location)

Lincoln & Creed is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Water and Wastewater System Planning to join one of our leading engineering partners. This full-time role offers an opportunity to lead innovative water, wastewater, stormwater, and recycled water projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in hydraulic modeling, system planning, and infrastructure analysis—alongside excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on solving complex infrastructure challenges through data-driven, sustainable design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development of master plans for municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support infrastructure analysis and planning

Analyze data related to water demand, sanitary and storm flows, and system hydraulics

Prepare technical memoranda, cost estimates, reports, and conceptual site layouts

Manage permitting support and alternatives analysis for infrastructure improvement projects

Support and cultivate strong client relationships

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

7–15 years of experience in water, sewer, and stormwater system modeling and planning

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Demonstrated experience with project management, including budgeting and scheduling

Familiarity with modeling software such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, InfoWater, XPSWMM, Bentley, or MIKE by DHI

Strong working knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and pipeline network systems

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Proficiency with MS Word and Excel

Motivated, collaborative, and self-directed

Preferred:

Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000

(Final offer depends on experience, education, location, and qualifications.)
