Job summary

Cirto Gray Associates LLC in the DC-Baltimore area seeks a hybrid structural engineer focused on high-quality building envelope and structural investigations across the DMV region. The role offers autonomy, direct leadership interaction, and a collaborative environment.

You will work on concrete restoration, masonry, stucco, waterproofing, and façade systems while performing field testing and preparing repair scopes and construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering is required.
• Registered EIT, PE (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of concrete restoration, masonry, stucco, waterproofing, and façade systems.
• Familiar with field testing such as concrete slump, air, moisture testing, etc.
• Proficient in evaluating and diagnosing structural and waterproofing deficiencies.
• Experience preparing repair scopes, CAD drawings, and quantity take-offs.
• Ability to perform building condition assessments.
• Skilled in assisting with preparation of construction documents including specifications, bid forms, and detail drawings.
