Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring a Project Manager for our Building Envelope High-Rise Restoration Division in Alexandria, VA to lead large self-perform facade repair projects in the Greater DMV area. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, and risk plans, and ensure safety and quality across teams.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree, 3+ years in commercial/restoration construction, proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, MS Office, and a track record delivering projects up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field; (Master's, PMP, or DBIA certification a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in commercial or public construction/restoration (Structural concrete, facade repair, waterproofing, and historic restoration a plus)
• Proven track record managing construction projects up to $10M
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, and project forecasting tools
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%) or work on out-of-town projects

About the Role

We're hiring a Project Manager to join our Building Envelope High- Rise Restoration Division office in Alexandria, VA and serving the Greater DMV/Mid-Atlantic area. As a Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for managing large, self-perform, complex building envelope repair and facade restoration projects.
