Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a mission-critical interior fit-out project in Northern Virginia. The role balances field oversight with office tasks, coordinating MEP and structural upgrades for a data center.

You will walk the jobsite, meet subcontractors, attend meetings, and help submit changes to schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate has 3–15 years as a general contractor, 1–3 years as an APM/PM, strong MEP knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of total work experience as a general contractor.
• 1–3 years of experience as an APM or PM.
• Strong MEP understanding with mission critical experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Their daily responsibilities will be balancing their site work with their office work - walking the jobsite/meeting with the subcontractors, attending meetings, helping to submit change forms and edits to the schedule/budget.
