Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Executive for a Northern Virginia data center interior fit-out with an approximate $100 million scope. You will own the project end-to-end, oversee MEP and structural upgrades, and drive schedule and budget while helping prepare bids for new work.

You’ll run client and leadership meetings, walk the jobsite with the PM and superintendent, and resolve day-to-day issues to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years total work experience for a general contractor.
• 3+ years as project executive or Sr. Project Manager.
• Data Center/Mission Critical background; data center strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the massive project end-to-end and oversee MEP and structural upgrades.
• Help win new work by bidding and proposing for new projects.
• Walk the jobsite with the PM and superintendent to catch issues and keep on schedule.

My client based out of Northern Virginia is seeking a Project Executive to join their team. They will be the main POC to a large (~$100 mil) mission critical interior fit-out project where they will oversee MEP and structural upgrades to a data center. Their daily responsibilities will be complete ownership of this massive project while also helping win new work. This candidate will help put bids and proposals together for new work, walk the jobsite with the PM and super to catch any issues, run meetings with the clients and internal leadership, and help solve any day to day issues with the project to deliver it on schedule and on budget.
