Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cloud and AI consulting engagements, including transformation, migration, optimization, and configuration. The role is 100% remote in the United States, with a focus on billable projects and client-facing delivery.

You will manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and milestones, coordinating with customers and third-party partners while applying Agile, ITIL, and cloud best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical consulting, including direct management/interactions with customers.
• Experience managing project budgets, including change order management.
• Minimum 3 years Customer-facing experience in either Project Delivery or Customer Success capacity
• Minimum 1 year Enterprise Project Delivery experience
• Ability to manage cloud consulting and AI engagements
• Ability to manage third-party partners as part of consulting engagements
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM / Kanban
• Knowledge of ITIL practices (Change Management, Problem Management, Risk Mitigation)
• AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS AI Practitioner Certifications (required within 60 days of hire)
• Preferred qualifications include active CAPM, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification and enterprise project delivery experience

• Communicate and manage relationships with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements

Pay range: $77,725 - $115,900 depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
