Job summary

CDW is seeking a Project Manager for remote, cloud and AI consulting engagements. You will plan, schedule, and manage activities across projects, communicate with clients, and lead with a focus on delivering value and alignment with budgets and milestones.

The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing delivery or success, and AWS Cloud and AI Practitioner certifications within 60 days. Compensation includes a market salary and 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical consulting with direct customer interactions.
• Experience managing project budgets including change orders.
• 3+ years customer-facing in Project Delivery or Customer Success.
• 1+ year Enterprise Project Delivery experience.
• Ability to manage cloud and AI engagements.
• Ability to manage third-party partners in consulting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices (Change/Problem/Risk).
• AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS AI Practitioner certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Preferred: CAPM, PMP, or PMI-ACP and enterprise project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, document and manage activities throughout cloud and AI consulting engagements as a billable project manager.
• Participate in consulting sessions to understand challenges, technical needs, and customer requirements.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans and validate deliverables, resource needs, goals, priorities and milestones.
• Monitor progress and provide status reports on budgets, timelines, risks, scope changes, issues and dependencies to clients and team.
