Job summary

CDW is hiring a remote Project Manager to lead cloud and AI consulting engagements, including transformation, migration, optimization, and configuration. You will manage schedules, deliverables, budgets and client relationships on a 100% remote basis.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing project delivery or success, experience with cloud and AI projects, and AWS certifications. A 60-day window to obtain AWS AI Practitioner is expected. Annual bonus up to 10% is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical consulting with direct customer interaction.
• Experience managing project budgets, including change orders.
• Minimum 3 years customer-facing experience in Project Delivery or Customer Success.
• Minimum 1 year Enterprise Project Delivery experience.
• Ability to manage cloud consulting and AI engagements.
• Ability to manage third-party partners as part of consulting engagements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM/Kanban.
• Knowledge of ITIL (Change, Problem, Risk Mitigation).
• Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS AI Practitioner (required within 60 days).
• Preferred: CAPM, PMP, or PMI-ACP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, document and manage activities throughout cloud and AI engagements as a billable project manager.
• Participate in consulting sessions to understand challenges, technical needs and requirements.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans and validate deliverables, resources, goals and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and provide status reports on budgets, timelines, risks and scope changes.
• Control and analyze project finances and create cost estimates aligned with resources.
• Communicate and manage relationships to enable problem solving and efficiency improvements.
