Job summary

The Fordy Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a data center construction in Vernon, TX. You will oversee schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and quality from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities include managing procurement, coordinating teams, tracking costs, and ensuring safety compliance on site. Prior data center exposure and strong leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar PM/scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NEC codes and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to be based on-site in Vernon, TX.
