Job Summary: -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

•Track project performance and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

•Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and communication with stakeholders.

•Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

•Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Qualifications

Required:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

•5–7 years of proven experience in project management.

•Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).

•Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred:

•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.

Familiarity with budgeting and cost management.
