Требуется 5+ лет опыта PHP/Laravel, опыт в iGaming, знание MySQL, MongoDB и Redis. Удаленная работа приветствуется, команда распределенная по международному масштабу.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта PHP и Laravel в продакшн-среде.
• Опыт в iGaming, желательно с казино/спортбук, PAM или игровыми агрегаторами.
• Понимание операций iGaming: интеграции провайдеров, кошельки, бонусные engines, транзакции.
• Работа с крупными существующими кодовыми базами.
• Стек: Laravel 8, PHP 7.4.
• Опыт MySQL на больших датасетах, транзакции, блокировки, реплики.
• MongoDB: агрегации и колекции с высоким трафиком.
• Интеграция PSP, обработка вебхуков, платежи.
• REST API, аутентификация и безопасность: Laravel Sanctum, HMAC, IP allowlists.
• Redis, очереди и Horizon.

Timeless Tech is looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with a proven background in the iGaming industry to join our engineering team. You'll work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of our iGaming technology platform, supporting casino and sportsbook operations, payment integrations, player management, bonus engines, promotional tools, and third-party services. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with an established production codebase, can take ownership of complex backend tasks, and proactively contributes to improving platform performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

• Ability to investigate complex production issues, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and deliver reliable solutions independently.

Требования:

• 5+ years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel in production environments.
• Proven experience in the iGaming industry, preferably working with casino platforms, sportsbook platforms, PAM systems, or gaming aggregators.
• Solid understanding of iGaming operations, including casino and sportsbook provider integrations, player wallets, bonus engines, wagering requirements, and gaming-related transaction flows.
• Strong experience working with large, existing codebases.
• Our current stack includes Laravel 8 and PHP 7.4.
• Advanced MySQL knowledge, including transactions, locking, read replicas, and query optimization on large datasets.
• Experience with MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines and high-volume collections.
• Hands-on experience integrating Payment Service Providers (PSPs), managing webhooks, callbacks, payment transactions, wallets, or financial ledgers.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API design, authentication, and security mechanisms, including Laravel Sanctum, HMAC signatures, and IP allowlists.
• Experience with Redis, queues, and Laravel Horizon.
• Experience with automated testing using Pest or PHPUnit, Git workflows, and code reviews.
• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools, such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar, to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and code refactoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.
• A pragmatic engineering approach, balancing delivery speed, code quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new technologies, particularly AI-assisted development workflows.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify technical weaknesses and propose practical solutions.

• Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation;

• Experience modernizing legacy PHP/Laravel applications, including migrations to PHP 8+ and newer Laravel versions;
• Familiarity with high-traffic, transaction-heavy platforms and distributed systems;
• Experience with KYC/AML integrations and third-party compliance services;
• Knowledge of scalable architectures and performance optimization in real-money gaming environments
