Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of moderately-to-highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time. Develops budgets, timelines, and tracks progress. Works with vendors and teams to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Has in-depth experience and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.
  • Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
  • Manages project status and information through briefings, update meetings, and reports.
  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans, action item registers, and milestone timelines. Prioritizes and directs work assignments and resources.
  • Coordinates with other work streams and initiatives impacting project success.
  • Ensures all projects are completed on time, within budget, and maintains overall ownership.
  • Acts as the main contact for project status and maintains stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitates project meetings and addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning, presenting solutions to executive management.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintains regular, punctual attendance; able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Range: $59,000.76 - $138,283.02 USD. Compensation depends on experience and other non-discriminatory factors. Benefits include options for bonuses and benefits designed to support physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
