Your Role

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-orientedProject Manager to lead and execute key cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you’ll take charge of project planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring goals are met on time, within scope, and aligned with Solera’s strategic vision. You’ll work across teams, maintain proactive stakeholder communication, and help drive scalable success.

What You’ll Do

Plan and Coordinate Projects

  • Build and manage project plans, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and align on expectations
  • Track milestones and maintain momentum

Lead Teams

  • Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams
  • Delegate responsibilities and ensure task clarity
  • Support smooth implementation and resolve bottlenecks

Communicate with Stakeholders

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates, highlight risks, and report project health to leadership
  • Prepare post-project reviews and ensure transparency

Mitigate Risk and Ensure Quality

  • Identify project risks and lead proactive mitigation efforts
  • Solve problems swiftly to avoid delays or scope creep
  • Ensure final outputs meet quality and business requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience(experience in the healthcare industry a plus)
  • Technical project management background—understanding of how product and engineering teams operate, including sprint cycles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on complex initiatives
  • Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools (Wrike experience is a plus)
  • PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Remote:Must reside within the United States
  • Travel:Occasional domestic travel (5–10%) for business needs
