About Us

At Community Autism Services (CAS), we open doors for children and families in underserved communities. We are expanding our network of ABA therapy centers, and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to help us bring new locations to life—on time, on budget, and with a passion for impact.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally to drive the successful planning and execution of new ABA therapy center launches. You’ll own the process from identifying and evaluating locations to coordinating internal teams and ensuring all project elements are delivered with speed, clarity, and accountability.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • A strategic doer with excellent organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experienced in influencing others without direct authority
  • Energized by mission-driven work that directly supports children and families

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential sites in priority markets (10–20 sites under review)
  • Coordinate site tours and stakeholder communications
  • Lead project planning and cross-functional execution for new center launches
  • Track and update data daily across project management tools
  • Continuously refine our tools and systems based on team feedback
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive outcomes and timelines

Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative leadership
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and schedules
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Why CAS?

You’ll join a passionate, mission-aligned team that thrives on collaboration and speed. Our culture is fast-moving, data-driven, and deeply committed to the communities we serve. If you want your work to have a meaningful, direct impact—this is the place.
