• Monitor project budgets, labor costs, material usage, change orders, and overall profitability.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address field issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify potential project delays or challenges and proactively develop solutions.
• Coordinate with internal estimating, accounting, operations, and administrative teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and customer service expectations.

Fit Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a Nashville, Tennessee, flooring branch. This position will oversee commercial flooring projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company and customer expectations. Pay is in the $100K-$110K depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial flooring, construction, or a related trade and be comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating with installers and subcontractors, communicating with general contractors and customers, and overseeing project schedules and costs.
