• Scope & Change Management: Seamlessly facilitate and execute change orders to preserve project alignment and scope accuracy.
• Financial & Schedule Oversight: Manage budgets and timelines rigorously to ensure all project milestones are met on schedule.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor installation teams, optimizing operations for maximum precision and workplace efficiency.
• Inventory Control: Oversee material inventory to maintain highly organized, seamless daily operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in managing commercial flooring projects.

They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
