Project Manager – Trinity Capital

Responsibilities:
  • Assist SVP of Development in managing development projects, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project‑related correspondence.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on project sites and within project teams.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
  • Travel to site visits required, typically within a region located from Savannah to Richmond.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or development industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, preferably with a General Contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of real‑estate development processes, including entitlements, permitting, design, and construction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Bluebeam.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
