Job summary

Triad Construction, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Pearland, TX. Must have 5 years' experience in project management and construction management, with a degree in a related field.

Experience in ground-up, multi-story, tilt-wall, and office complexes preferred. Strong leadership, customer focus, and Procore proficiency are essential. The role emphasizes managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and future

Qualifications

  • Construction management, 5 years (required).
  • Project Management, 5 years (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture or equivalent.
  • Preferred – 5 years of experience in ground up construction, multi-story ground ups, tilt wall, strip centers, storage facilities and office complex construction.

Responsibilities

  • Bid new project opportunities by coordinating efforts with estimators, project coordinators and interns on the team.
  • Review contract and contract documents and coordinate the team with specific needs to complete all tasks.
  • Work with estimating team to ensure job cost is set up in accordance with requirement of the project.
  • Manage all financials, staying within budget and industry standards for profit margin.
  • Manage all required to attain approvals for payment applications.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding owner change orders and change order requests.
  • Complete weekly construction schedules and ensure appropriate milestones are set and owner’s goals are met.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, superintendents, and sub-contractors.
  • Review and understand all construction documents to ensure conformance with budget, schedule, and prime contract.
  • Direct project closeout process to ensure that all contractual obligations are met within the timeframes outlined.
  • Identify and anticipate potential issues and mitigate any risks to project completion.
  • Prepare and publish documentation and project notes in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and strengthen national client and subcontractor relationships to secure future opportunities and long-lasting, collaborative relationships
