Job summary

Trinity Design Build is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction to punch list. The PM will ensure clear communication with clients, coordinate with the Site Supervisor and subcontractors, and drive project success through proactive decision-making.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to manage budgets, invoices, and change orders while maintaining trust and transparency with clients.

• Lead weekly project meeting with Site Supervisor.
• Responsible for managing the financials of the project (including budgets, ordering materials, invoices, and change orders).
• Become a key team member participating in the success of the team as a whole.

Trinity Design/Build is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, a great communicator, loves working with people, loves to solve problems, is highly organized, and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. A Project Manager is responsible for managing each project as if it were his/her own home and money. The PM is the point person and team leader for their projects, ensuring the Site Supervisor, subcontractors, and everyone involved in the project has the information and resources they need when they need them. The Project Manager is also the primary point of contact for clients, proactively communicating with the client, and building a long-lasting relationship through trust and transparency.
