Responsibilities:- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of projects and communication.
- Delivers professional & friendly interactions with client & team.
- Act as a communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients.
- Produces clear, concise, organized and actionable written documents and correspondence, both internal and external. Including but not limited to QA, updating status documentation and time reports.
- Adept at problem solving and/or knowing who to go to for help.
- Understand the client's business and project management systems
- Ability to use agency systems and follow established processes and workflow.
- Schedule and attend key touch-point meetings, both internal and external. Ensuring the team is prepared with a call agenda and additional required information.
Qualifications:- Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
