Job summary

Cleo is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of our B2B integration and EDI solutions in a remote US setting. You will drive on-time delivery, budget adherence, customer satisfaction, and project profitability while coordinating with technical consultants, developers, and client teams to ensure successful go-lives.

Ideal candidates have a BE/B.Tech, 6–9 years PM experience, SaaS implementation experience, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
• 6–9 years in project management.
• Experience delivering SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end customer implementations.
• Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Lead project kickoffs and status reviews.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and customers.
• Track progress and provide regular updates.
• Ensure go-live success and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain governance artifacts and project docs.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute customer implementation projects.
• Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Conduct project kickoffs and status meetings.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and customer teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful go-live.
• Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.

What You Bring

Required

• Graduate (B.E./B.Tech)
• 6-9 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with SaaS implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or Supply Chain solutions.

Preferred

• MBA will be an added advantage
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
