Cleo (US) is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a supply chain advisor and integration technologist throughout the sales cycle. You will connect customer challenges to Cleo's platform outcomes, tailoring end-to-end integration designs for ERP/WMS/TMS ecosystems and leading AI-enabled POCs and RFI/RFP responses.
You will translate complex architectures into business value for executives, demonstrate ROI in real environments, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to deliver
Supply chain complexity is accelerating, and the companies that win are the ones who can integrate faster, resolve exceptions before they become problems, and use business-to-business supply chain orchestration as a competitive differentiator. The Solutions Architect is both a supply chain advisor and an integration technologist, equally credible designing the technical architecture and speaking to the operational and financial stakes riding on it. Partnering directly with the Sales team, the Solutions Architect owns the technical narrative from initial discovery through close, connecting the specific supply chain challenges each prospect is trying to solve to the outcomes Cleo's platform can deliver. This is a role for someone who has done this before at a high level, brings their own consultative point of view into every room they walk into, and can establish credibility with every persona in the room, from technical practitioners to the C-suite. They apply the full range of available tools, including AI, in ways that produce better outcomes for prospects and for Cleo.
Supply Chain Fluency
This role calls for someone who can operate as both a supply chain advisor and a technical architect, often in the same conversation. The table below outlines what strong looks like across both: understanding a customer's operational reality well enough to advise on it, and designing the integration architecture that actually solves it.
The SA role carries a meaningful AI dimension on two fronts: applying AI tools to do the work of pre-sales at a higher level, and advising prospects on where AI-powered integration capabilities create tangible operational value.
