Description:

Seeking candidates with 7+ years of experience.

The IT Project Manager oversees various system projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature. Responsibilities include assembling project teams, identifying resources, developing schedules, managing stakeholder relationships, and mitigating risks. Familiarity with system scope, project objectives, and team roles is essential. When managing programs, oversees interdependencies and integration of projects, setting strategies to deliver long-term business value. Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL frameworks is preferred. Makes decisions based on established standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Less than X years of technical experience
• Experience in technical product selection, design, and implementation of IT solutions
• Passion for improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration
• Experience with data warehouse, decision support, and reporting systems
• Knowledge of Oracle, IBM RDBMS, and statistical software
• Familiarity with development languages such as Cobol, CICS, DB, ASP, COM, .Net, SQL
• Project Management Institute certification
• Experience in the health solutions industry
