Base pay range

$103,589.00/yr - $170,922.00/yr

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, manage, and improve large projects and process improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership and oversight for research-related activities, including a PCORI-funded clinical research trial
• Liaise with stakeholders and leadership to operationalize research initiatives
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and good clinical practices
• Mentor and coach team members to facilitate project success
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in product line or technology solution management
• Experience managing complex projects and interfacing with executive leadership
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient knowledge in multiple business operations disciplines, including project/program management and financial management
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Project Management Certification (PMP) and/or Lean practitioner or Six Sigma green belt
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Experience with large, complex datasets and electronic health records
