Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives for a leading consumer goods client in Summit, NJ. You will own timelines, milestones, and deliverables for artwork, packaging changes, site transfers, and product variations while coordinating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Packaging and Marketing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consumer goods project management, with experience managing timelines, dependencies, and weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer goods or product-focused environment.
• Experience managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple functions.
• Experience with artwork/label changes, packaging changes, or site transfers.
• Leading weekly project meetings with clear notes, updates and next steps.
• Experience using Planisware or MS Project to track timelines.

Job Description

One of our CPG clients is seeking a Project Manager to support cross-functional projects across its "self care" portfolio (includes oral care, allergy, and wound care products). This individual will manage projects such as artwork and packaging changes, manufacturing site transfers, new product variations, and product count or size changes. The Project Manager will own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while leading weekly meetings and ensuring action items stay on track. They will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Packaging, and Marketing to coordinate projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience within the consumer goods industry or another product-focused environment and can balance the big-picture goal with detailed project execution.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of project management experience within the consumer goods industryExperience managing project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across Supply/Demand Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Packaging, and Marketing or OperationsExperience managing projects involving artwork/label changes, packaging changes, product count/size changes, manufacturing site transfers, or product variationsExperience leading weekly project meetings and provide clear notes, updates, and next stepsExperience using Microsoft Project or a similar software to manage project timelinesProject management experience at Kenvue or J&JExperience supporting and managing projects related to New Product Development / New Product Introduction (NPD/NPI)Experience using Planisware to track and manage project timelinesLocal to Summit, NJ / Fort Washington, PA and able to come onsite when helpful, though remote candidates are acceptable
