Job summary

Admitad GmbH, a global affiliate network, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. You will coordinate with business, development, and service units, streamline processes, and ensure clear specifications for the development team.

Candidates should have 4+ years in IT project management, experience writing technical specs, familiarity with AI tools, and strong organizing and communication skills. English at least B1 is required. Hybrid work format with modern offices.

Job description

• Join the team of our flagship business – the Admitad affiliate network;
• Quickly get up to speed on the affiliate network context or bring existing expertise in this field;
• Be a strong communicator: align business, development, and service teams, streamline processes, and take into account the interests of all stakeholders;
• Be able to set up effective communication channels and platforms for collaboration;
• Have business analysis skills to formulate clear and detailed specifications for the development team (primarily for straightforward tasks).

What we expect:

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
• Experience writing technical specifications;
• Experience using AI tools (hobby or pet projects count too);
• Strong meeting facilitation skills;
• High level of organization and systems thinking;
• Ability to quickly dive into new topics;
• English B1 or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in one of the following areas: online advertising, affiliate marketing;
• Experience as a Scrum Master or relevant training;
• Ability to vibe-code a prototype or tool that you need for your work.
