The Alt League, a remote-first creative agency, seeks a Contract Project Manager to lead high-volume, end-to-end production from kickoff to delivery. You will partner with senior leaders to plan, resource and guide projects through strict timelines and budgets.

In this role you’ll manage asset creation, media trafficking, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of agency project management or production experience.
• Experience on large‑scale productions.
• Familiar with multiple PM tools and able to learn new platforms quickly.

The Alt League is a nimble, remote-first creative agency servicing large-scale clients with the rigor of a global network and the soul of a disruptor. We're looking for a contract Project Manager to lead the team through high-volume, end-to-end production, from kickoff to final delivery.

What You'll Do

• Client Services Partner: Work hand in hand with the VP of Client Services and Account Director on day-to-day project needs, with the agility to support other workstreams as needed.
• Own the Plan: Build the plan to get the work done based on a clear view of resources and constraints, then keep the team on track against it.
• Flawless Production:In partnership with an agency Producer and Post-Producer, manage the asset creation process from prep through media trafficking. Ensure a smooth delivery of all final assets and campaign deliverables, organized for easy access by clients and partners.
• The Bridge: Connect client objectives with our team’s process, setting clear expectations on both sides so ambitious ideas stay on time and on budget.
• Remote Leadership: Lead by example in our digital-first culture. You navigate Text, Zoom and Google Docs with clarity and empathy, maintaining team momentum without the need for an office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own media trafficking, making sure assets are delivered to clients and media partners accurately and on time.
• Spot bottlenecks and risks early, and propose practical solutions to keep work moving.

• The Production Veteran: You have 5-8 years of agency project management or production experience, including recent work on large-scale productions.You've logged lots of time with different project management software and are comfortable getting up to speed with new platforms quickly.
