Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an experienced Project Manager to connect top-tier clients with our landscape construction operations. You will plan and oversee multiple field crews for commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, client-service excellence, and the ability to travel for out-of-town projects. Green industry or construction background is preferred, with growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and implement tasks for multiple field crews on landscape construction and irrigation projects.
• Regularly liaise with clients and general contractors to ensure contract specifications and budgets are met.
• Perform quality control monitoring and maintain documentation for issues and solutions.
• Provide field safety training and daily oversight to ensure crew safety.
• Collaborate with business development to review bids and prepare change orders for out-of-contract work.

These activities must result in compliance with contract specifications, budgets, and client expectations.Interacting on a regular basis with assigned Yellowstone clientele and general contractors, through flawless verbal and written communications.Perform continuous quality control monitoring and maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation for all issues and solutions.Responsible for field safety training and daily oversight to assure that every crew member is working safely.Work closely with the business development manager in reviewing bids as well as creating change orders for out of contract work RequirementsA landscape construction professional with the ability to be highly functional in a team environment, as well as able to perform with minimum supervision and direction.Bachelor’s Degree; with a green industry or construction major strongly preferred.
