Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Chandler, AZ to serve as the key link between high-profile clients and the company for landscape construction projects. You will plan, schedule, and oversee multiple field crews, ensuring work adheres to contracts, budgets, and client expectations.

The role requires strong communication, safety leadership, and a willingness to travel for out-of-town projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; green industry or construction major preferred.
• Associates degrees and prior landscape construction experience will be considered.
• Exceptional client-service skills and ownership of responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel overnight for multiple consecutive days/nights.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and implement tasks of multiple field crews for commercial landscape construction and irrigation.
• Interact regularly with Yellowstone clientele and general contractors with clear verbal and written communications.
• Perform continuous quality control and maintain up-to-date documentation on issues and solutions.
• Provide field safety training and daily oversight to ensure crews work safely.
• Review bids with the business development manager and create change orders for out-of-contract work.

These activities must result in compliance with contract specifications, budgets, and client expectations.Interacting on a regular basis with assigned Yellowstone clientele and general contractors, through flawless verbal and written communications.Perform continuous quality control monitoring and maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation for all issues and solutions.Responsible for field safety training and daily oversight to assure that every crew member is working safely.Work closely with the business development manager in reviewing bids as well as creating change orders for out of contract work RequirementsA landscape construction professional with the ability to be highly functional in a team environment, as well as able to perform with minimum supervision and direction.Bachelor’s Degree; with a green industry or construction major strongly preferred.
