Job summary

Regular client and contractor communications, bid reviews with the business development team, and timely change orders for out-of-contract work are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight for multi-day projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and implement tasks for multiple field crews on commercial landscape projects.
• Maintain compliance with contract specs, budgets and client expectations.
• Perform continuous quality control and document issues and solutions.
• Provide field safety training and daily oversight for crew safety.
• Collaborate with the business development manager on bids and change orders.

These activities must result in compliance with contract specifications, budgets, and client expectations.Interacting on a regular basis with assigned Yellowstone clientele and general contractors, through flawless verbal and written communications.Perform continuous quality control monitoring and maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation for all issues and solutions.Responsible for field safety training and daily oversight to assure that every crew member is working safely.Work closely with the business development manager in reviewing bids as well as creating change orders for out of contract work RequirementsA landscape construction professional with the ability to be highly functional in a team environment, as well as able to perform with minimum supervision and direction.Bachelor’s Degree; with a green industry or construction major strongly preferred.
