Yellowstone Landscape, the nation’s largest privately-owned commercial landscaping company, seeks a Landscape Superintendent to lead a field crew on high-profile commercial sites. You will plan, schedule, and implement installation tasks, monitor safety and quality, and coordinate with clients and branch management to ensure contract success.

Ideal candidates have experience managing crews, strong client-service orientation, and the ability to read landscape plans.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew in landscape installation or related services.
• Excellent client-service skills and ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans.
• Able to operate Bobcat and mini excavator.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule, and implement field crew tasks to meet contracts, budgets, and client expectations.
• Supervise landscape installation activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Assist Account Manager with expanding client landscapes with additional services.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees.
• Maintain regular verbal and written communication with Yellowstone Landscape clientele.
• Monitor landscape health and care needs on assigned properties.
