Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead TFO / white-space fit-out delivery on major data center projects in West Texas.

You will manage schedules, budgets and safety, coordinate MEP, electrical, mechanical and IT/low-voltage systems, and oversee RFIs, submittals and change orders.

The role requires 100% travel, onsite work Monday–Friday, and a performance-based bonus with long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience with TFO, white-space or mission-critical projects.
• Strong MEP and project controls knowledge.
• Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work onsite Monday–Friday.
