Job summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in water and wastewater construction to lead complex projects in Texas. You will oversee cost control, WIP projections, supervise field teams, and coordinate planning and scheduling to meet safety and quality targets.

Responsibilities include developing owner relations, negotiating materials, and administering contracts while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7–10 years of construction experience.
• Experience in water and wastewater projects is preferred.
