Job summary

Garney Construction seeks an Assistant Superintendent to lead daily field operations on water and wastewater projects in Texas. You will negotiate materials, maintain as-built docs, and serve as the owner/engineer liaison, ensuring project integrity and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering or construction management degree and have 5–7 years of crew supervision in heavy civil settings, with a safety-first mindset and strong leadership.
