Job summary

Airpark Signs & Graphics seeks an organized, proactive Project Manager to oversee architectural signage and graphics projects from inquiry through design, fabrication, installation, billing and closeout.

As the primary client contact, you will coordinate internal teams and outside partners, manage project schedules and budgets, conduct site surveys and job walks, and ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least three years of project management experience in signage, construction, fabrication, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through responsive communication, proactive updates, and reliable follow-through.
• Manage multiple signage projects from proposal through installation and closeout, maintaining accountability for scope, budget, schedule, and client communication.
• Prepare proposals and estimates, coordinate design requests, and obtain required client approvals before work proceeds.
• Conduct or coordinate site surveys and job walks, documenting measurements, photographs, site conditions, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Fabrication, Print & Vinyl, Installation, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate, current project information in SquareCoil, including status notes, schedules, approvals, change orders, and supporting documents.
• Provide proactive client updates and promptly communicate delays, questions, or changes that affect project delivery.
• Identify scope changes, prepare change orders, and obtain required authorization before additional work begins.
• Coordinate purchasing and material lead times with the appropriate teams.
• Track project costs and address potential budget overruns or scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate permitting and applicable project requirements, as needed.
• Manage invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and complete project closeout documentation.
• Confirm completion of installation, punch-list items, and final client requirements.

Airpark Signs & Graphics is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to manage architectural signage and graphics projects from initial inquiry and proposal through design, fabrication, installation, billing, and closeout.

As the primary client contact, you will coordinate internal teams and outside partners, manage project schedules and budgets, and keep clients informed throughout the process. Success in this role requires strong follow-through, accurate project documentation, and the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of completion.

This position is primarily office-based and includes site surveys, job walks, and installation coordination.

What we require

• At least three years of project management experience in signage, construction, fabrication, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong client communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, proposals, and change orders.
• Ability to read project drawings and specifications and document site conditions.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management software; ability to learn SquareCoil.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
