Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Oversee preconstruction coordination, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
