Role Description

The Project Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support AdventHealth's operational and clinical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Day-to-day activities include defining project scope and objectives, developing detailed project plans, managing resources and budgets, tracking milestones, and preparing status reports for leadership and stakeholders. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee expediting of critical project tasks, coordinate logistics, and ensure inspection and quality standards are met. The role also involves identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and continuously improving project processes to support efficient, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring using Project Management skills and methodologies.


• Experience working as an Expeditor and performing Expediting activities to move tasks, deliverables, and decisions forward efficiently.


• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance practices to ensure project outputs meet standards and regulatory requirements.


• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.


• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are preferred.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating meetings and presenting to diverse stakeholders.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, maintaining productivity and clear communication both onsite and remotely.


• Prior experience in healthcare, hospital operations, or large-scale organizational projects is beneficial.
