Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking an experienced BPM professional in Tampa, FL to lead end-to-end process initiatives that drive business outcomes. You will partner across functions to design, implement, and measure improvements, aligning with risk and compliance requirements.

The role emphasizes planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives, with a focus on governance, KPIs, and sustainment of value across operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business process management, process engineering, process optimization, program management, project management, consulting, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of the P&C Insurance operations, workflows, and associated business processes.
• Experience developing business cases, requirements, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end business processes, including strategy, design, performance management, controls, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement to achieve business and customer outcomes.
