Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end business processes, including strategy, design, performance management, controls, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement to achieve business and customer outcomes
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that enhance capabilities, improve operational performance, and support association objectives
• Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, resolve issues, and deliver sustainable solutions
• Establish and monitor process performance through data, analytics, controls, key performance indicators, and governance frameworks to drive informed decision-making and accountability
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, regulatory, compliance, and delivery risks while ensuring adherence to association policies, standards, and risk management practices
• Drive organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies that support adoption, sustainment, and realization of business value from process initiatives
