Job summary

RWE Design Build in Madison, WI is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management and 4+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, design-build, or general contracting.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

  • Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor, materials, and services.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive projects to successful completion while exceeding client expectations.

What You'll Do
