RWE Design Build in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will build strong client relationships, mentor teams, and deliver outstanding results for clients.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive successful project delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, healthcare construction, design-build, or general contracting.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders and company leadership.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support Project Managers and project teams, helping drive consistency and best practices across projects.
• Deliver projects that exceed client expectations while supporting the continued growth of the organization.

What You'll Do

Requirements
